About the role:

We're seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join the Data group reporting to the Data Director, Americas.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Support the end-of-day publication and QA process by ensuring all customer-facing indexes are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Pricing Team to capture requirements and implement new data features
  • Update logic, launch new indexes and build robust data pipelines conforming to the company’s coding standards
  • Become an expert user of our proprietary pricing platform, helping ensure data quality and supporting other users.
  • Collaborate with the Development teams to test new functionality and provide feedback on platform improvements.
  • Manage local workflows and coordinate with international teams to ensure client data is published on time globally.
  • Build new tools, processes, and Python scripts to clean, normalize, and transform market data from our sources into our internal format
  • Support day-to-day management of models, monitoring outliers, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Learn and grow their knowledge of commodity markets and price assessment processes.

About you:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a leading university/college.
  • Experience with Python for data engineering, processing and analysis. Python test will be required.
  • Proficient working with Excel.
  • Comfortability using AI tools, such as ClaudeCode, in day-to-day tasks.
  • High level of numerical statistical ability.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamworking skills andabilityto take initiative.
  • Relevant degree, qualification, or experience that demonstrates capability and learning suitable for this role.
  • Interest or experience in traded commodities, oil, or energy markets (preferred but not required).
